The AW3425DWM has a 34-inch ultra-wide VA display panel with a 3440 x 1440 px resolution and a 1800R curvature. The AW3225DM has a 31.5-inch VA display panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and a 1500R curvature. Each delivers a 1 ms GTG response time and a refresh rate of up to 180Hz with AMD FreeSync and VESA AdaptiveSync Display 180 certification. Both models provide a typical brightness of 400 nits with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and a 3000:1 static contrast ratio.

The AW30 industrial design with Interstellar Indigo color and 360-degree ventilation is preserved. The ergonomic stand enables height adjustment of up to 110 mm and tilt adjustment from -5 to 21 degrees. Both monitors support PiP, PbP, and the ComfortView Plus technology based on a hardware low blue light solution and flicker-free technology for eye protection. The connectivity options of the two monitors are also identical: two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-B upstream port.
